Realistic story, good screenplay, direction and acting by all of the seasoned actors. Neil Nitin Mukesh is a natural! However, the movie was all about Divya Khosla Kumar and she did good, tried really hard, even spoke the local dialect well. However, why does anyone, probably even knowingly, make a box office flop? I was curious, so I found out that the movie had a budget of 25 crores and box office receipts of 3-4 crores. Ego trips can be expensive!

You're completely missing the point! It's all a big fraud. They show that they're producing the movie with 25 crores. They pocket 20 crores. They spend 5 crores on the movie or less. Even if they make a loss on paper, does it even matter? They've already made a bang with that 20 crore! It's actually a very popular strategy. That's why sometimes after a watching a movie, you wonder why would anyone make such a film! Just put a few item songs and intimate scenes. Voila!

You are right! Money laundering has become a very popular "profession", not just restricted to Bollywood. The ultra-rich do it on very large scales, even the Politicians! However, the biggest scams in the USA are in health "care". It is a good topic for potentially a mega buster.

Poor Screenplay. Story is aimless towards the end. NNM is superb, DKK doesn't look natural in her role. Overall watch only if you like NNM otherwise if you have time to waste.
