What a film! It is the most unusual movie to come out of India and should appeal to everyone, regardless of their language. The Hindi movie industry is beginning to realize that it cannot rely on its past for success. As a result, they are working harder and more creatively to grab people's attention. This is the first Hindi movie I have watched in just over a year, mainly due to the diverse films and dramas available from other countries.

It's a great attempt, but this is not the first time we have seen silent movie in Indian films. Kamal hasan did it in 1987, it was Pushpak.

It doesn't work me, usually just listen to movies, double speed if I can. Additionally it's not really silent, there is mr bean level of words/grunts. May give it another go, if it manages to keep myattention for long enough.

Maybe, good movie for those who are hard of hearing. However, hearing aid is still recommended for the music by A R Rehman.

The first half wasn't bad, but the 2nd half is just too much slapstick, goofy crap. Not for me, but some may like. It was worth the experiment, though...
